Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders might not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Address

Vd Veer Engineering is not responsible for any wrong address provided or when orders are not collected. Orders will be returned to vd Veer Engineering and will be processed when they arrive.

New shipping fee’s might apply to resend the order.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vd Veer Engineering is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages or loss

Vd Veer Engineering is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you want insurance on your shipment you can order by email with insured shipment. additional fees will apply.

 

Cancel order

Orders cannot be canceled when it has been shipped.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The 14 days return policy only applies to shipments within the EU.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards, are exempt from being returned.

  2. Return Process:

    • Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for the return shipment.
    • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping and import costs.

  3. Restocking Fee:

    • For eligible returns, a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
    • The restocking fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns, inspecting returned items, and restocking them back into our inventory.
    • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once we receive and process your returned item.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • Please note that the refunded amount will be the purchase price minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
