Haldex Controller Gen2 Installation

Installation instruction for the Haldex Controller Gen2.
This will apply to Golf Mk5, and other Gen2 cars.

Haldex Controller Plug and Play set

Remove spare wheel to access a hole for the new haldex controller wiring.

Remove the grommet and feed the wire thru the hole.

It might be necessary to increase the hole size to fit the connector.

Remover connector from the Haldex module.

Connect the OEM connector to the Haldex controller loom and connect the other one to the Haldex module.

Fix the loom to the car.

Put the grommet back to cover the hole.

Route the loom to controllers final position.

Connect the loom to the Haldex Controller

That's it, turn the car on and connect with the haldex controller app.
